From the research I did online, other users had contacted WII and they gave them the game manufacturers contact info.

I have raised a ticket with WB Games and had an automated response stating average response time of 2 days, so will wait and see & post any response on here for other users.

I have yet to update software as the Wii U is not connected to the internet, will be trying that later this week when I get time.

quick update - ive just updated the software on the wii u & inserted marvel super heroes - still wont load past the marvel shield.

No response from WB - there customer service department leaves a lot to be desired.

Im really hoping someone can help me.

I first purchased the lego marvel super heroes game in 2014 for a present, everything was fine my boys loved the game, then earlier this year I was getting error code for disk is dirty, I took the disk to the game shop for them to clean, then game froze on the marvel shield logo just after opening animations.

Fearing disk was faulty, I brought a brand new copy of the game yesterday, when I tried to load it this morning, the same problem occurs.  The game freezes on the marvel shield logo just after opening animations.

All other Wii U games work, I have also deleted the saved data for this game.

Please help - my 9 year old & 4 year old are looking at me to fix this problem & I am now clueless
