I don't know, I think it's pretty awesome, actually. The plot is really good!

lol im liking it so far.....im not CRAZY about it......but im enjoying it....but I do feel my self stopping for a few days at a time because i just dont feel as invested as I should? I dunno, the plot is ok, but I do really enjoy the gameplay. The one thing Im not crazy about is the way things arent really explained to the player. Maybe its just me, but I dont really know how im supposed to be doing things.....for example, should I be walking around not trying to be seen by redcoats? should I be trying to kill them if they see me? or run away? There are a ton of things with the way the game is played that just isnt explained well, and it takes a toll on your ability to stay with the game when and gets frustrating to continuously run away from redcoats, or attempt to kill them when your not even supposed to be in the area....i dunno im enjoying it, but there seems something missing in how the developers chose to explain how the game is played.

Update: I just finished squence 5, and there is a major transition when I met with the guy by the sea who shows you the map and lets you fast travel. This to me was major. It actually showed me the world to which the game is set in, and that there is much more going on then just boston etc. up until this point, I havent really noticed a point to playing the game, or where the game was headed, and what to do.....but this was actuallyr eally important for me. Being able to see larger map, and see icons and missions and things I can go back to and look for is major. IVe heard other people say it too, but I agree that if you are playing this game, dont give up until youve gone through at least sequence 5, because the game just changes drastically.

So I got to sequence 4, and have been playing as the young indian boy, and this game is crazyyyy.......im hunting and doing all these intricate things.....game definitely took a turn for the better. Pretty insane.

Sorry for the wait.....Yes there is things you can do like hunt etc...or loot the dead bodies and get money or buy new weapons and stuff

Im used to Skyrim where the world is REALLYYY interactive. Im finding this is very different, and the world is more just scenic, then actually necessary....or is it?

In between id sprinkle in some black ops, food, a trip to the gym, but for the most part its been strictly this. I probably tried it over 40 times, and then it dawned on me that I was able to take down the guards with out killing them.(one of the side missions is not to kill neone.) Strictly by using your fists, and not a knife. Its completed. I did it with a fair bit of ease after I discovered this. Hooray! Go me.

lol nice...ok so I gave in and checked IGNs walkthrough because ive now done this same mission on sequence 3 over 45 times and im seriously losing my mind.....it says I need Fists of Stealth......What the hell are Fists of Stealth, Am i Missing something?? PLEASE HELPP lol

YES you can go back and get the treasure chests and pages.....and it is due to your in experience with creed games, however even I had difficulty on that mission...and it doesn't matter what sequence you are in you should be able to go around any time to try and get them....AND do NOT feel sorry for asking questions after all this is a forum where people are meant to ask questions and chat and have a good time

Lets say I decide to finish this mission without doing the optinal tasks, like the cannons for example.....Can I finish the mission without doing it, and then revisit the mission, but only do the optional task, and then exit the mission and get credit for doing the optional task? Sorry if this came out somewhat confusing. Thanks!

This is very true, BESIDES this makes the game longer, more challenging and just an over all better game~worth the $60

haha yeah I appreciate the feedback, Im just going crazy because im doing these sidequests over and over and over again to try and do them all. Im doing the one on Sequence 3 with the cannons. Wow. I must have tried 30 times already. Way too crazy lol. Ive finally figured out how to do the cannons, but then the eavesdrop is crazy hard also. Combine all 3 into one run, and its very difficult lol.

Anywho, I think it may be my lack of experience with the Creed games, because this is the first one ive played.

Also, another question. I saw that I missed a bunch of treasure chests, and pages etc.....Can you go back and research for them? Cuz I dont know in which sequence or misson I should be going to look for them. Sorry for the questions, but the feedback is greatly appreciated!

I dont know if its me, but any AC3 players out there think its extraordinarily difficult? The main quest options arent bad at all, but the optional sidequests are absolutely and utterly insane. Im finding I need to try each optional mission like 15-20 times each to complete. Is anybody else having this issue or do I just suck?

I'm in the first quest basically where ur running around with lee and you have to get him to the waterfront.....I was not too bad at eavesdropping, I think I'm getting the hang of it.....but when we approached the waterfront, and I had to kill guys without being noticed, I was terrrribleee.....how do I stealthily creep up around guys? Am I doing something wrong?

You don't have to play the checkers game. Im sure there is some type of not good achievement for it on the ps3 and xbox version, but you dont have to worry about it here. If you do want achievements though, make sure to download the Uplay app and set up your account. it adds a few achievements to all ubisoft games which lets you buy rewards with the points.

ok so, How do I see my current objective? Right now im traveling with somebody, but it doesnt give me a destination on my mini map......and also......what does it mean when the circle is filled in an objective? like some of them have a circle with a full dot inside, and some are just hollow circles....any ideaS? there are pages scattered arond boston and newyork. you pretty much have to catch them all when you go near them. they hsoudl eventualy start appearing on your minimap.

So, in the very first sequence after the title AC3 is revealed, you meet Ben Franklin, and he asks u to find 4 pages from his book. After I spoke to him, the cursor told me to go on a horse with another guy, and then we rode away from that area, and I never found the pages. How do you go back to an area is my question? I looked for the pages and couldnt find them in that area, but now im way far away from that.....

My other question is....

Im being notified of messages etc often, but I dont know how to read the messages, when I go into the animus database, it wll tell me I have a new email, but I dont know how to open it up.

Id definitely go NSMBU.....You need a game thats going to keep you busy, and on top of the lengthy story mode, which was actually just the most enjoyable thing in the world, it was not easy, and collecting star coins made the game a very challenging task. There are soooo many other things to do outside of story mode. They have challenge mode, boost rush mode, and other modes that give the game a tonn of replay value. I havent even attempted playing with a buddy yet. NSMBU for sure.

The funny thing about it to is the two initial times I played online as ac3, I played for about two hours each session and there was this guy who was lvl 50 and had a 3 next to his name on the left side. I assumed that's how many times he "prestiged" so I was shocked and confused on how he did it with this little ppl playing . Developer maybe ? He was pretty good but nothing to get excited over. I did come first two of the games.

The best advice I can give man is to post on the ac3 section of miiverse saying your looking for friends to play online with. That's what I did for sonic transformed and now have an ample amount of ppl to play online with. I would add you to play online but Unfortunetely I gameflyed the game so once i do a 100% run through single player ill return it. About 20 hours in now

righttt. I appreciate it. Im just hoping that I could jump on the U, and be able to join a game online, like every other online format for games lol. Hopefully after christmas, the amount of online players will increase big time. I mthinking I may give it a shot and get it this weekend. Not positive though.

Darksiders looks pretty sweet, and the art is pretty awesome, but I really kinda wanna get AC3. The lack of access to mp just realllyyy turns me off. It doesnt make sense to me.

This is terrible. I really want to get this game, but dont wanna buy it just for the campaign. I was really looking forward to the MP also. This is blowing my mind. Plus, I have a week and a halff off starting saturday. ugh.
