How's the visual experience with Wii games? Are they slightly better when it comes to the image resolution?
Although I have to wait 3 more weeks to get the Wii U, I can't prevent myself from absorbing as much information as possible.

I'd like to see a game based on the concept of "Pokémon Colosseum" / "Pokémon XD". Unfortunately "Pokémon Battle Revolution" is just an unpleasant sequel of the old-not-gold "Stadium"-series.

Does not belong to Nintendo, but Capcom remaking / remastering / re-releasing all their Disney-games. "Aladdin" is my all-time favorite.
Also "The Lion King" (by Virgin) and maybe "Toy Story" (by Traveller's Tales)... So many awesome games released back then. Oh, nostalgia, you hit once again...

I'm quite surprised several users are now crying out in sadness that this service is ending. I mean, not a too long time ago everyone was just yelling around that Swapnote was such a rudimental service and it should be replaced by the Miiverse as soon as possible.

Anyhow I was really impressed in how well this application worked and the only Swapnote stationary I enjoyed was the one for the "Luigi's Mansion 2" / "Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon" release from Miyamoto.

BUT what I have to add (I totally forgot): I once came across several gamers from Asia and North America that send each other some ... yeah, no offense, but really gay hentai pics. I mean - the heck? A mainly children focused console abused to send porn? REALLY? That seemed to be quite cool once...

I also think that "Bayonetta 2" is delayed to 2015. Wouldn't surprise me, I haven't seen any new information about the game in quite a long time now...

To be honest I prefer the PS4 just because it is not overhyped for being "more" than a gaming console. I mean - aren't the PS4, the Xbox One and the Wii U JUST gaming consoles? So why bothering why it wouldn't play any kind of media? For that reason I have a PC connected to the TV, or a Blu-Ray player or whatever. If I buy a PS4, Wii U or a Xbox One, I buy it because of the games. Being able to play Blu-Rays or using streaming services is in my opinion a nice-to-have, but no necessary reason to buy it.

But I guess that several people that have pre-ordered the PS4 might now get pissed and switch to the Xbox One. Just because it's "more" than a gaming console - a media center.

I was actually going shopping a Wii U, BUT as always fate's leading my way in another direction.

Instead of the Wii U I am one of the lucky guys to get the limited edition of "The Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD" with the Ganondorf figure as well as my most anticipated game, "ZombiU". Although I have no Wii U I couldn't resist - and the limited edition was one the last two pieces...
Additionally to the Wii U games I also picked up both the "Nintendo Selects"-editions from "Mario Kart Wii" and "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" - to hype myself more and more for the release of both "Mario Kart 8" and "Super Smash Bros. For Wii U".
SO, what else we got here?

Oh, yes. I love to listen to trashy pop music, that's why I spend some more money on the deluxe editions of Katy Perry's "Prism" and Miley Cyrus' (twerky Daisyy Daisy) "Bangerz".

You seem to be sympathetic, as we share the same problem: No Wii U yet! I guess, we will see next year online in an awesome online competition in "Super Smash Bros. For Wii U" and "Mario Kart 8"?

I was thinking about preordering one on Amazon, but as long as I'm unsatisfied with the handheld consoles - "Pokémon X" wasn't just as perfect as expected - no 3DS, 3DS XL or even 2DS (which looks quite retro, love that design!) will be bought.
But this thing looks so gorgeous, loving the "golden" surface. I'm still waiting for Nintendo changing the color of the circle pad from this dull gray to the same color as the cover.
And I have to agree: The "Ocarina Of Time 3D"-3DS looked way neater than this one. That's why I would buy a "Wind Waker HD"-Wii U, this golden engraving on the GamePad is really classy, I'm lovin' it! It's reminding me of the 3DS-design for the OoT-special design.

I watched some gameplay videos on YouTube from "Fast Racing League" - it initially reminded me of "F-Zero" and I'm going to get this game, no matter what. Just researched that Shin'en is a company with its headquarter in Munich. Well, then that game will be a must have!

A colleague at work is trying to convince me of buying a Xbox One. I actually like the really clunky, video recorder-like design but "wasting" 500,-€ just for a console that doesn't even gives me a game I'm interested in? No way. The Xbox One may be used as a multimedia center for gaming, movies and music, but this doesn't really convince me.
Quite the same with the PlayStation 4. "Knack" looks really cool and I'm a fun of such games, but what else? After "The Last Of Us" and just buying a console worth 300,-€ for one game is no good investment, I think. So - just for "Knack" spending 400,-€ on a console? nope.

So, I'll be the only one in Germany leaving the local electronics store with a Wii U instead of a PlayStation 4 or Xbox One. And this imagination is quite amusing!

Conclusion: Neither PS4 nor Xbox One - just leaving my money in Nintendo's pockets!

Well, actually, these rainbowty capitalists from Amazon don't accept my bank account for payment. I am so pissed right now... well, anyway. This MEANS now that I really have to wait for the console till end of November. Quite disappointing because I'm getting really bored after work now, but I may use the time to study for my apprenticeship... (Not really, rather spending it on watching trailers for Wii U. )
I guess I will buy several games that are discounted in shops ("ZombiU", e.g.) as a preparation for my Christmas holiday this year. Can't wait for it!

The German Amazon website currently lists the "Monster Hunter 3"-premium bundle for 299,-€. (Current exchange course delivers 411,7811$.)
Although I planned to buy a Wii U back in August, I changed plans and bought a PS3. (Just because of "The Last Of Us" which was a cool game but not worth the approx. 300,-€. And 300,-€ for one game? D'OH!?)

Anyhow, I am planning to buy a Wii U now again and this pricing is awesome. But if I buy the console right now, this would mean I have to abstain from buying these super awesome Wiimotes in the Mario- & Luigi-design.
What do you think? I hope that Amazon will hold the price till the end of November when my next salary is coming - I guess this price won't hold for too long... -, but I can't wait any longer because "Mario Kart 8" and also "The Legend Of Zelda: Wind Waker HD" are making me sooooo unsure about buying a Wii U right now or later... BUT THAT PRICE, GOOOOSH.

My name is Lukas, I'm 20 years old and after 17 years of excessive Nintendo gaming I'm still a huge fan of playing with Nintendo consoles.

I'm currently waiting for my Wii U to arrive which I ordered on Friday and I'm so unpatient - I want to play it so badly! I owned a Nintendo 3DS XL, but I noticed by myself that I am departing from handheld consoles more and more and I am focussing on home consoles. And I need something to be played on my HD LED-TV.

Well, as you might have read from the title I'm a German Nintendo fan and I hope to find some European guys as well, but I would be happy to find some American friends to play with in the near future.
