This is not good news but I can see where they coming from as most Wii U owners either have a PS4 or Xbox One by now. So if this is the case I hope Ubi will be making Wii U games.

Ubisoft has decided it will no longer release mature titles on Wii U once Watch Dogs is release, because owners of the console just don’t buy such titles.

Speaking with Game Informer at gamescom last week, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said Nintendo customers “don’t buy Assassin’s Creed” at least, not in very large numbers.

“It’s very simple: what we see is that Nintendo customers don’t buy Assassin’s Creed. Last year, we sold in very small numbers,” he said.

Wii U titles only made up 3% of sales during the firm’s fiscal year 2014.

Instead of releasing its more mature titles, such as the aforementioned, Ubisoft will instead release titles such as Just Dance, which Wii U owners seem to be more “interested in.”

That being said, Guillemot said Watch Dogs was still coming to Wii U and will be “the only mature game we publish on it.”

Sales for Just Dance aren't that much higher then sales for AC. Then again it would have made a difference if they wouldn't have tried to screw us over with Rayman Legends, Gimped versions, other delays and holding finished games back. I mean come on, after the release of WD, which by then is almost a year later, they'll be Daisying that it didn't sell. Well no freaking way that that wasnt going to happen.

They always say that Nintendo lives within their own bubble, well the same can be said about ubi at this point.

Exactly but the time it's out most users will have played it on other consoles. Smart thinking on there part. I'm a little bummed because also means there will be no Zombi U 2.

Always point the finger at someone else, right Ubi? I for one will not be spending a single dime on their games.

As much as this does disappoint we should still thank them for been the only big third party developer that stuck with the Wii U. Lets not count Activision who gives us only Call of Duty.

Thank them for what? Gimped version, massive delays and no support for ones that actually bought the game? No for that they can stick their games where the sun never shines.

And the delay of WD isn't smart on their part cause now we all know what kind of carp crap game it is and nobody will buy it and then they will complain that WiiU gamers aren't interested in Mature games. We're not interested in Ubi's b*llsh*t that's what it is.

Well I can, I was super happy when AC was coming to wiiU I bought both, maybe not day one but I bought them. I'm sad when not even Rogue will be coming, Watch Dogs, a game is was planning to get day one, got a massive delay the likes of Rayman. Don't get me wrong my whish list for the coming period is huge and I'll be broke at christmas but that doesn't take away I would have loved to play certain games on my first self owned home console.

Delay soft (UBI soft) is really stupid, this is what they basicly do

1.make a game for Wii U

2.Delay it 3 times

3.never even mention it on any interview

4.zero advirtisment for Wii U version

5. say that Wii U version will be inferior to xbox 360 version

6.release it

7.NO sales

8.Complain about Wii U being a crappy platform that doesnt sell any games.

The only reason i still have my Watchdogs Preorder is the fact  that they cancled my dads previous credit card.

by the way when is Watchdogs U coming out????

Ubisoft can't even blame the wii u. They can only blame themselves.

Putting out a 360 coded game disguised as a wii u exclusive, making us wait for a COMPLETE game at a crucial time so that old consoles could get it, denying or delaying dlc, gimping ports, and now making us wait forever for an ok game to be played out... THOSE would be the reasons for lackluster sales... Because wii u owners know by now they can't TRUST ubisoft. Period.

It really is that simple.
