hey, i just changed my settings to scottland on my 3DS, but when i went to the e'Shop, this is what it said "By changing the region settings, you will no longer have access to the funds associated by the previous region" what does that mean?

Oh, sorry it took a while to get to you. It means that you won't have the money in "Scotland". However, once you change back to "New Zealand", you'll get your money back. :) Hope it helped!
