You mean the online campaign? Fastest way to progress in that is to do it with a friend :P
But for urgent quests only the person who selected the quest gets to the next rank so you have do those twice (or more depending on if it's more than 2 people)

You have to have the thingy in CN which asks if you want newsletters enabled and say yes to that :P
It's luck based though, no guarantee you'll get it.

Actually pizza hut isn't really fast food. they have takeout but they also have sit down dining with a menu, servers etc. That's more than most pizza places. Pizza hut is a restaurant, brick oven would be just from a more upscale, fancy restaurant.
