I love constructive criticism, Play4Fun, and I appreciate it. You can switch back to the old skin (or even the mobile one) with the skin switcher in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

You need to find the profile customization settings in your UCP. Here's a direct link: http://wii2boards.com/index.php?app=core&module=usercp&tab=members&area=customize

Oops...seems IP.Board only had customization enabled by default for admins. I've fixed the permissions.
