So is Wave 3 officially out? My Sheik Amiibo hasn't been shipped on Amazon, and it says February, but some people already have them. Was a street date broken?

I saw reports of the 13th and 20th for some of the figures at gamestop, but Big Boss is right, others are hearing they are coming in earlier.
