Anyone know if Legend of Zelda Four Swords: Anniversary Edition can be played wirelessly by people if one has 3DS and one has DSi, or do the platforms have to be the same?

    Yeah the 3DS will work with the DSi. I played it with my friends. I used a 3DS and my friends both used a DSi.
