So I was thinking, if the PS4 will have an x86 processor, couldn't it theoretically run Windows xp, vista, or 7? It'd probly have to have a custom boot loader on it or something, but it could probably run Windows. What do you guys think? Possible?

Well the ps3 could as well.... your point. The thing is neither Sony nor Microsoft will allow it. Sony even got rid of the Linux support in the ps3.

It probably could, but you'd need to get some drivers specifically made for it.

I'm sure it can, but it wont there would be to many security holes which can be exploited to jailbreak the system (PS3 otherOS).

No the PS3 couldn't as the processor is based on PowerPC, so is 360. Even if it was possible Sony wouldn't allow it due to possibility of hacking and jail breaking.
