I only want this game to play freaking Metroid Prime 2. I don't have a 60+hz tv, which MP2 requires... The trilogy version doesn't, it says on the box. But I really wouldn't want to be paying more than 15 euros or something, lol. Metroid Prime 3 consoles were pretty good to me.

Personally I think the nun chuck was great but that's me, and you are in luck(mabey) Nintendo did say the e shop games will with a update be able to be played from the wiiu menu,have a miiverse channel, and be playable with the game pad. Does require a payment for that upgrade but it's worth it. However you'd need them to put the trilogy on the e-shop. Not sure if it'll happen.

I can see why some people like the nunchuck but it's too gimmicky for my taste, I want to be able to play games the way i always have, with a controller.

 

I have it on Ebay for 150 but may be willing to go as low as 130, it's in good condition with no scuffs/scratches.

they have no plans for gamecube virtual console.

I'd say wind waker remake is pretty much confirmation of it'll never happen until the next console though.

It's actually cheaper to buy a new wii then it is a old gamecube.. and the only new copy of metroid prime 1 on GC is 500$ on ebay.

I'm pretty sure that only applies to the old retro games already released on the Wii VC and not Wii or GameCube games should they offer those digitally.

Personally I don't understand people's issues with using the remote and Nunchuk with these games. I think they play far better then with a normal controller.

You want to buy a new copy of Metroid Prime...why again? All you're going to do is open it anyway, then it's only worth $10 or less.

 

Just buy it used, dude. Not rocket science. You're making it way, way more difficult than it needs to be.

Next time ask the admins/mods before advertising on this site.  We would prefer that you make your transaction elsewhere, like ebay (which it sounds like you are doing).
