I can never hear the sound of the Wii U. The only time it makes noise is when its loading the main screen.
Well, I've finally found my Starfox, and I love it.

Maybe there is a problem with your console and you should contact Nintendo? Mine is very quiet.

Is your console constantly running hot or something? Or perhaps you have a faulty disc drive? That's really the only two complaints about the console making noise I've seen around. It would help if you could describe the noise it's making.

Thank you everyone, Helps me alot. i dont what noise make your wii u, i cant record mine. so thats the problem.

Mi Wii U también hace ruido a cargar los discos, sobre todo cuando vuelva al Wii U Menu. Pero mientras juego Nintendo Land, no lo escucho. (I don't know if I got that right. I'm brazilian, so not even my english is perfect.)
English: My Wii U also makes noise when loading the discs, specially when I get back to the Wii U Menu. But I hear nothing of it when I'm playing Nintendo Land.

The only time my Wii U makes noise is when its loading something then it stops until something else is loaded.
