Twilight Sparkle's definitely my favourite, and not just because she's the protagonist of the series. She and I are alike in so many ways, it's not even funny. So I naturally take a liking to her, because she simply reminds me so much of myself.
Rainbow Dash is my second-favourite, maybe because I find her amusing. I also have an affinity for rainbows, flight, and the colour blue - and she's got all three in spades.

My favourite Pony is Fluttershy, simply because she's amazing. My second character is either Pinkie Pie or Twilight Sparkle.
