I'd have to say any of the games made by Squaresoft, like Terranigma, Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, Secret of Evermore, Final Fantasy V, and bootleg chinese Pokemon Stadium.

I believe that Duck Hunt was on Nes. My favorite SNES game is Super Mario World. Hard to choose a favorite since SNES has so many awesome games!
