In the early hours of last night my wife woke me up saying she had completed Lego city and it was the best game she had played for ages.(thanks for that! not!). Well this morning my four year old lad completed it and yeah i see what she ment! a real eye popper ending in my opinion.

 

Anyone else completed it and impressed?

I have, and it really is amazing. It's one of my favorite video game endings.

Ive seen it, never played it but Its entertaining to watch the entire cutscenes, but yeah it really impressed me with the graphics of a Lego game at the end.

I'm only about 15% through the game (after ~20hrs of gameplay time according to my log) I'm constantly being sidetracked by all of the stuff to do in this game.  It really goes beyond what I've ever seen in a LEGO game.  That said, I haven't seen the end game graphics, but I should be there soon, if I can keep on track and do the missions.  I hope that you can continue to explore after the story is done, because I want to be able to go through and unlock things after I complete it.

I'm still at Chapter 12, i'm glad to see the ending is worth the playthrough though, my favorite wii U game thus far.

Yep you can, even though my wife completed it at 2am this morning shes still playing it now and is currently at 40.8% The funny thing is that the game was purchased for my four year old lad who has also completed it and is on 31%

Awesome!  This game really is a breath of fresh air.

Yes the scene which is playable not a video scene looks great and lasts for a fair amount of time,i would like to watch it again tbh.

I saw it on youtube? It's the one with the robots right? That looks does look better than the game in Lego City.

Nah, although the Aliens loader style fight is good i'm on about the big James bond rip off ending. Your best to wait until you reach the end as youtube downgrades things.
