Bulbanews

A new special edition Pokémon 3DS XL has been announced for Japan. The design of the Nintendo 3DS XL is unknown but a poster shows that it could be based on Eevee. The release of this Nintendo 3DS XL on May 15, 2013 will celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Pokémon Centres. There will be raffle at the Pokémon Centres to determine who will have the chance to purchase the Nintendo 3DS XLs.

Spoiler

First Charizard, then Pikachu now Eevee if this comes to the west, Nintendo should seriously bundle all these Pokemon themed 3DS' with X and Y this holiday, 3DS sales would explode...Oh Wait?  Wouldn't that also hurt the Wii U?... Nevermine ^^

I have a normal Cosmo Black 3DS but not a 3DS XL yet. If this special edition 3DS XL releases in Europe at a time near Pokémon X and Y's release date in October I might get it.
