If i get another Wiiu can i swap saved games & profiles in and out between the two with a usb stick? or do i just log in to the other console and can't use my saved games from the first console?

 

I know the accounts are hardware locked unlike 360 so how will i overcome this?

Well, only Nintendo themselves can do that, so you'd need to have had you wii u lost/broken/stolen for them to transfer the games etc. I'm sorry, but it probably won't be happening (yet).
