Don't take the title the wrong way, just doing what he said, and this is an important message for Wii U owners that they shouldn't worry about the next gen consoles.

You can't be excited for Wii U. Wii U excites you.

That's exactly how I feel, Nintendo just has the exclusives I want to play, and that's good enough for me...

As long as we get those first party exclusives, I'm happy. I never expected a Nintendo console to have many exclusives anyway.

How does the Wii U have less features and more mediocer online than a console that he's know hardly anything about?
Bleh eh eh.

I'm excited about future third party titles on the console as well. I think it goes beyond what Shokio said, fans of the other consoles are resigned to the fact that the specs matter more than the games.
I think that the specs matter very little in and of themselves. The difference will be so minimal that having the specs will be a moot point. Obviously the most graphically pleasing method of gaming is on PC, I don't play games strictly for the graphics, if there is something on a console version that gives me more than what PC can offer, that's where I buy the game. Wii U has amazing potential to do just that, to give a similar experience to the other consoles graphically, and to enhance the experience through the gamepad and Wii U specific features.

I am not worried about the next Xbox and PS4. I'm already excited for the games coming out later this year.

Every generation is the same thing, yet, at the end of the day, people will always remember how fun and memorable the game was and not how great it looked!

And that's why i will always buy their systems, until they stop making games, or at least good games.

I wasn't exited for the Wii U to begin with. I'm still a PlayStation fan at heart, so I'm waiting for the PS4.

I'm really glad someone spoke some sense. I still play on my SNES and GameCube more than my Wii U. You don't need graphics or the highest spec system to play a fun game.
