Just got a Wii U about three weeks ago.  I'm a light gamer but have always enjoyed Nintendo stuff- had the original Gameboy, SuperNES, Gameboy DS and the Wii over the years.  My GF's son was supposed to get the Wii U from his father, but as it turned out, it was a regular Wii.  I got my hopes up after reading about the Wii U and then decided to get one for myself.  I'm really pleased with it, but a little disappointed that EA will not release Madden's football next year. Otherwise I think there's more than enough games to keep my busy- I have barely played Mario Bros. b/c Nintendoland has kept me busy.

Hello Welcome to the forum! I am myself still waiting for all the games to come out on the Wii U (mario 3d, Mario kart, Pikmin etc). For the time being am playing Lego City Undercover

I can't wait for Mario Kart to come out either. I suck at the original Wii version, I'll probably suck at the new version even more but I'm sure it will be fun haha
