Err... I hope you mean that it can also BE IN Katakana... Having it above would be kinda pointless.It is. It can also be above katakana.
Unless you got a list of every single Kanji in the game, 2000 characters. The basic Kanji that you need to know to get through Japanese. You also need to know basic grammar and a lot of words.Thanks! And one more thing. How much Kanji do you think I would have to learn to play Twilight Princess in Japanese?

Furigana is made for kids anyways.Well in that case, it helps a bit, I guess...
