Alrighty, I know I've asked about this before, but hear me out. Back when I bought my Wii U in November, I noticed a small darker spot on my gamepad's screen. I tried to clean it off, but upon closer inspection, I found it was under the screen. It looks like a little piece of fiber.

 

It's right under the "n" in "Rayman".

 

I emailed Nintendo about it, but my mom thinks it's silly to send it in, as it only darkens a couple pixels, and she can hardly see it. What do you think? Is it silly to send it in? Is there some way I could easily fix this myself?

I don't think so... the pixels aren't completely black, just darkened.

So, as you can see, it's barely visible, but it just bugs me every time I see it. xD

looks like a dead pixel. very similar to mine on my 3ds. it bugs me too, if it bugs you that much you could get it sent in, or you could live with it.

I never had any problem like this with anything, not my 3DS, not my Wii, not my TV, Not my Wii U.... Guess I'm just lucky
