Microsoft unveiled their newest home console today, known officially as the XBox One. That’s going to be confusing.
You can read all about the details of the new system after the break.
First off, I’d like to provide some specs comparing all next generation consoles:

It would appear that the XBox One and Playstation 4 match up very similarly, with the Playstation 4 just barely more powerful. The Wii U isn’t quite as powerful, but isn’t at all a bad system.
Some features included with Microsoft’s new system are:
- The ability to access Internet Explorer (oh joy, that there best browser).
- There is a fee to play pre-used games.
- You can watch TV on your Xbox on your TV. Yeah, I don’t get it either.
Four new EA games were announced for the XBox One. Sorry, let me reiterate that. Four new EA games were announced for the XBox One. That’s four more for this new system than EA will likely make for the Wii U in its entire lifetime. Also, HALO is going to become a series on TV under the director Steven Spielberg.
I’d also like to mention that Sony’s stock rose by 9% and Microsoft’s fell after the announcement.

Anyway, that’s all we have for you right now, but we’ll be sure to bring you more info on the new system as details come out.
