Does anyone know if I can download saved game files for the wii u? My 6yr old accidently deleted his game and now he's gutted to have to do it all over again! He was on chapter 13

What's your problem chrop? Are you this rude to everyone on this site or is it just me personally?  I registered on this forum because I had an actual problem that I thought I could get some help with. After all isn't that why these things are here in the first place? Or is it just so as you can get your kicks by being a dick to other people? I posted the question yesterday but didn't get any reply so decided to post again this morning. Like I said, I'm new here and wasn't sure if I'd posted correctly.

Yes, I did read the link before I clicked on it but didn't just assume that it was some kind of wind up. I though I might get one person who maybe wanted to help for the sake of wanting to help another human being. Maybe I was wrong and this is just a place for all the dickwads living at home with their mom who have nothing better to do that troll forums with their stupid immature comments because it makes them feel big. Yea, no idea why everyone is being all jerk-like.

 

Unfortunately, you're unable to transfer save files between Wii U consoles at this time. This was one of the main reasons cheat codes existed back in the day. It might be worth emailing/calling the game company to see if there's some kind of trick/code to skip ahead. I'm assuming during this day and age, you might be out of luck.

 

Now you have an excuse to play your kid's video games though

If it's any comfort it's kinda better the second playthrough, as you had already figured out the puzzles and you notice more of the funny.

But no, you currently can't download game saves. Yet.

I am surprised though... You get three save slots, and I thought it would warn you if you're about to overwrite an exsisting gamesave.

Thanks for the help guys. I've managed to get him back to chapter 13 and your right, it was better the second time as you notice more.  Can anyone tell me how to back this up to an sd card now so I don't have to do it a third time!?

Sorry, but there is no current way to backup saves onto an SD card. Hopefully this doesn't happen again for you.

You can probably copy it to a USB drive though. But use a cheap one as you have to dedicated it to wii U
