I think it would be cool if Wii U Forums had it's very own wiki all about the Wii U. It's link could be next to the Calender, so it's easy to access. It would be a very good way of finding out information on the Wii U and it's software all on the same website.

3DS forums had one of these.
It got flooded with shock images and gay porn, and hateful messages towards people.
Sounds like a great idea!
Reading this post in Cicero's voice made it much more funnier than it should have been.

Most of my experiences with wikis (other than wikipedia) are not that great. They can be edited by anyone (or anyone that is given permission). Wikis are extremely hard to moderate (and are a target for bots as well), and we don't have a massive staff (or as many responsible users) as most well working wikis.
When it comes down to it, there will be little about the WiiU, and more about the users and the drama that goes down... I remember when somethingawful and Encyclopedia Dramatica added the last major forum I was on to their wiki...
