That would be freakin awsome, aside from the black ops killstreaks that keeps popping up -.-..

It would be somewhat awesome (I've seen it a long time ago...), but I'm not sure if it "fits in".

This video's been around for a while now. Personally, I'd hate to have a Mario game like this. It's a clever video, but in reality, a first person view would add nothing to a Mario game. It's also quite disorientating, which would really put me off the game.

Yeah I saw this ages ago, but it'd be pretty damn cool, not sure if it'd be any good other than for novelty reasons though.

It looks as if it would get boring QUICK
And Mario games are not really good with First-person, considering his jumps would be much harder :D

I've seen this video a long time ago and I think it would be cool to have to option to go first person in the 3D mario games (like SM64 or SMG).

It is nice to watch as a video but I dont think it would be very fun to play though, Nintendo probably would not make a Mario game like this anyway.

You can watch it in 3D, from when i remember seeing it the first time. It's pretty much a badass first person Mario game that would suck to play.

As awesome the youtube video is, I have to agree with the majority of everyone. I really don't believe that this will work. It gets pretty confusing, plus you get a limited view of the environment. It's nice to see what's behind you, without have to completely turn the camera around. :P
