Alot of people who don't own a 3Ds are convinced that it will get ported to consoles and Vita and if not all then just the Vita. Many have stated "It's common sense if they want money" but i'm not too sure. Do any of you think it'll get ported? Please tell why you think you came to you're conclusion and have some good arguments :)

Hmm... I'd like to say "I don't think so, sister!" but it could for all I know.

Capcom does make a lot of cross console games, but they make a lot of unique titles as well. Okay, so it's that evident if you compare the Xbox 360 and the PS3, of which they pretty much have the same stuff. But when you look at something like Phoenix Wright, Monster Hunter and even some Resident Evil stuff, it's evident they do single platform games as well.

I guess I'd have to say no to Revelations being ported, for now.
1) There is no confirm to porting. As far as porting goes, this is the first I've heard about it.
2) It's one of the main promotional things about the 3DS, in terms of the software lineup. Revelations is going to be some acclaimed stuff, I guarantee.
3) As I said before, Capcom doesn't always attempt to get their games to everyone, unlike say... Activision. The whores!
4) They need to recover (their fanbase) from several 3DS related 'traumas', like MML3 being completely cancelled, and something to do with Mercs3D, which I've forgotten.
5) I feel fairly certain that if there was a port later down the track, there would be a rumour about it already.

Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON

I don't know about this. At the moment it's just being released on 3DS, but it's going to be a while until its release, so it's possible that Capcom will choose to port it. I'd rather they didn't though, as it's the sort of exclusive the 3DS could do with, to show that it's not just for casual gamers.

Mercenaries 3D had only one, undeletable, save data that essentially ruined any trade-back value that the game had. As you can imagine, numerous portions of the game community didn't like that much. I've also heard in probably baseless rumors that Revelations would be ported to the Vita at some point in time... might happen in a few years time (as Resident Evil 4 did ported to the PS2 a few years after it released on Gamecube), but not immediately.
