Well as you have probably guessed this forum is about the console wars!

This is what I think might happen:
1st - PS4
2nd - Wii U
2rd-Xbox One

Or

1st - PS4
2nd - Xbox One
3rd-Wii U

Who do you think will come 1st?

The PS4 will probably beat the Wii U because Sony consoles pretty much have tremendous sales and the Wii U sales aren't that great. I think the Wii U will beat the XBox One though.

Well I can agree PS4 will likely place first. The Wii U is getting off to a slow start due to a poor install base but that can and will be easily reversed meaning by late 2015 Xbox One will be left in the dust.

On topic: I say PS4 will win, because of the great game lineup and the price is reasonable.

 

Second Wii U: Bad third party support, great first party support, OK price.

 

Third Xbox One: I don't know anything about the games but I know it has kinect and it watches you do everything, yes it will watch you on your couch with the lights off, watching innopropiate videos on your xbox, doing something under the blankets... yes,I am talking about you playing with your 3DS under the blanket and you would have the troll song on your xbox or something... oh and the price is too high....

If you are happy with your Xbox, is there a compelling reason to upgrade?  I think not.  PS4, I suppose, might have enough value at the price. It's not unthinkable that they go through some launch problems too. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Wii U get its act together in the next few months.  It will be an interesting time during Christmas this year.

for some reason i feel that its creepy that the xbox one observes the player through Kinect.  Its feels as if there are some small chance it might even watch people take a shower or use the restroom.

I'm holding on for Nintendo! I voted Wii U.

And just so know, the Wii U had made better sales than when the PS3 or 360 first came out.

The Wii U sold 2.6 million units after the first four months.

In about the same amount of time the PS3 sold 2.4 million units and the Xbox 360 sold 2 million units.

So anyone saying it's launch is terrible, they are not all that right. And another thing, those were the sales with Nintendo's bad advertising on the Wii U. (It would've sold better with better advertising)

Really do hope XB1 comes in last. However, I'm somewhat fearful that it'll do well due to average consumers not being informed of its policies. We'll see...

I think in terms of sales, PS4 is gonna win. It's $100 cheaper than the XBO, has great value, has a gigantic fanbase and doesn't have any of that filthy DRM or used game blocking. Wii U will be second, as it'll appeal to more Nintendo fans rather than casuals and people who play 3rd party games. XBO will be last with it's horrid features. But I do fear that the XBO is going to succeed. I'm not bashing anyone who wants to buy an XBO, but I really don't wanna see the thing succeed. As that would fuel Microsoft's greedy actions. But I fear that unassuming customers, fanboys, and CoD fanboys (I'm thinking mostly about the infamous 12 year old demographic that doesn't care about anything in a console besides CoD and exclusive DLC for it) are going to fuel the console sales. Which, in all seriousness, is very likely.

First off ... I haven't read any reply yet. Oh, but I will! Second, I think this forum is telling because NINTENDO FANS don't think the Wii U is going to win (including me). Finally, I think it's equally telling Microsoft - home of Rare - is considered to be at third place ... And they haven't even launched yet.

Highly disagree. PS4 = 80m, Wii U = 70m, X1 = 60m

These numbers mean anywhere in the 80, or 70, or 60 million.

As much as I enjoy the Wii U and have no buyer's regrets, I think PS4 clearly won the E3 console wars. XboxOne did a fantastic job at casting themselves as the evil overlords in pretty much every consumer concern.
