What are you on about. It is on the UK e-shop for £17.99. You have to put the NSMBU disc in the Wii U and update it. Then you'll be able to purchase it by going to the e-shop through the NSMBU menu. Its 739MB in size.

Nintendo tends to neglect Europe a lot in respect to things like this. Our Club Nintendo is a joke compared to the NA and JP clubs. Of course, we've recently had some nice 3DS deals...
