I have been playing ZombiU using my Sony Pulse Elite headset. The headset supports 7.1 surround sound on PS3 but only stereo on other consoles, so I have my Wii U settings on stereo.
The problem is that the left and right channels are reversed, which makes using audio cues very difficult. For example, if I hear a zombie growl and the zombie is on my left side, the sound comes through the right headphone and makes me think that the zombie is coming from my right instead of my left. Of course when zombies are in front of me it's fine. It's very problematic if I have to kite one or more zombies around a room and use audio to keep track of where they are in relation to me.
I tested it just to make sure right outside the doctor's office in Buckingham underground where he has the two zombies locked up in jail cells and they're constantly growling very loudly. When I stand in front of them and turn back and forth so that they're either to my left or right, the sound comes through the wrong headphone.
Anyone know what I might be able to do to fix this??
