I wonder what the plot will be this time instead of the whole "Princess Peach gets captured and Mario has to save her" plot that Nintendo does in most of the Mario games.
So Since Peach Will Be Playable in Super Mario 3D World...

Ive been asking this since day one im guessing a cross over with HALO takes place where Mario and Cheif save Cortana thats what was leaked a few days ago.

Maybe we'll still end up saving Peach anyway. Sort of like how Luigi can talk to himself in Mario Galaxy 1 if you play as him. I could see it happening.

Who's to say this game doesn't take place in a dream? also by your logic, Shyguys, Pokeys, Bom-bomb, Birdo don't exist. Wart could have easily been in the mushroom kingdom before and we just first saw him in Mario's dreams.

Would be cool if you keep saving some other Mario friends, such as Wario, Waluigi and Daisy, and they could have your own cool abilities. But it's just a dream, of course. 
Maybe no one will be kidnapped, some villain can steal Peach's Castle or something. It's hard to think about what will happen since Peach is playable. It's kind of hard Nintendo changes the story of a Mario game. o_O
