So Gamestop has Xenoblade in stock, but who knows for how long... So if you missed out on the little gem like I did then you better act fast

Priced at a reasonable $89.99..(What reasonable business wouldnt force their consumers to pay through the nose to get a game)

However you can use the promo code aug15 to get 15% off

paired with your powerup rewards card for an additonal 10%

With shipping itll come to about $76

So buy the game now, beat it then turn around and scalp it to net yourself a tidy profit :P

It's less than $80 if you use the code.

I had it on day one, but I didn't really like the game, so I returned it. I wish I had waited, to sell at a higher price.

Is this restricted to specific regions?

I haven't seen a copy in Australia for a long time.

Im pretty sure this is the result of gamestops paying 75 bucks for used xenoblade copies, they are now selling the turned in copies for 90 bucks.

Anyone know if they're selling it in the uk?

Btw do you guys in the states have some sort of game rental service?

I used lovefilm and got it from them a while ago, didn't know it was in such short supply.

You can find it on places like Amazon.co.uk marketplace. The last time I saw it it was going for £50 I think. I've got the US version as I have a US Wii even though I live in the UK. The thing is I never got around to playing it and now my Wii is disconnected as I have a UK Wii U. I might try and find the UK version if I can get it for a reasonable price.

I sadly missed out on this game, and I can't afford to pay 90 dollars for a single game. I hope they do a re release soon.  :(

Pardon me guys, but.. Why is it 90$ ?

I noticed that Wii games, even pre-owned ones are a little more expensive than those for PS3 or 360.

Because it was sold for approximately 3 weeks exclusive to GameStops across America with little to no advertising.

Supply and demand.

It appears there is truth to what Nintendo has said regaurding their used games policy. Make better games, and people wont sell them.

Many Nintendo games simply arent sold off, but rather kept in collections. Since you cant buy very many used, retailers often keep selling them at full price years after release, and since that happens, used game stores can sell the few that are sold back to them for higher prices.

Xenoblade in particular only had a small limited print. It was a rare game, and very few people wanted to trade in the experience. Theyd rather fondly replay it years later. But people soon started to realize it was an amazing game, and attempted to get it... But it was too late, the print run was over, there were no more in stores, people werent selling it. With demand high and supply low, people were selling it for 200+ on ebay.

Gamestop saw this and took action. They began offering $75 trade in value to people whou would trade in the game, then marked it up 30 bucks to sell them again.

ps360 games on the otherhand, appear to lose value very quickly. People by them them heavily, and then resell them heavily weeks later, apparantly, they just dont have the kind of enjoyment value that makes people want to experience them again later. With tons of the product back on shelves, and demand low, its sold for very cheap.

Nintendo should put this on the Eshop.

An HD Reskin on the Wii U wouldn't be a bad idea and it could be released 3-6 months before X.

Apparantly, it was a gamestop employee who let the cat out of the bag.

yah, it's a bit suspicious when one retailer suddenly ships loads of "used" copies to it's stores around the country and charges $90,
