So, theres this new movie out called "Contagion" about a deadly virus that is killing everyone. I suspect it is a thriller from the trailer I saw. I am actually seeing it today, so ill post my thoughts on it when I am done seeing it. Apparently it got decent reviews.

Here is the trailer if you haven't seen it:

Looks like it'll be an interesting movie. I'm sure I'll go see it too once the DVD is released ;)

Not a very good virus, killing off people here and there. People are around so the virus can live and spread. Mass killing humans makes it fail as a virus.
I don't really like these movies where the point is to just watch humans die. At least the disease in Rise of the Planet of the Apes shows the final fall of mankind and the rising of the apes.

I saw this today. From the trailer, I expected it to be a sort of apocalyptic thriller but it was nothing like that. I think it was more like a fictional documentary/drama or something like that. Not exactly my kind of movie but it was interesting. It gives you a realistic idea of what could happen if a deadly virus breaks out across the world with no immediate vacine.

I saw it also on sunday. I would have to say it was interesting, but I thought it would be a lot better. I don't think it was emotional enough, the actor morned for his wife but not for his little step-son which made little sense to me. Overall the movie was ok, even though I expected a a lot more intense experience. It is kinda cool how they made it really realistic, though. I wanted more suspense and emotion in it though, and thats what was missing from it.

I just saw this movie with my brother a few days ago and I quite enjoyed it. I tend to like most virus outbreak and zombie movies but this one was done really well and seemed a lot more realistic when it came to portraying how people might act if this sort of thing happened. It was definitely worth the money spent cause I had a great time seeing it.
