RULES:
Heal is optional. hurt is mandatory
ITEMS:
Hurt +++: Hurt -40 to any character. (ONE TIME USAGE) Cost: 1 Kill Coins
Extra Hurt: Allows you to preform an additional -2 damage during the same day to the same or a different user. Can be used multiple times in the same period Cost: 1 Kill Coin. Extra hurt can be used multiple times, and each Extra hurt can have one modifier, such as a Hurt+++
