I'm trying to change my photo from my current one to this;

Do I need to resize it? Here's some info about it.
Size:179 KB
Dimensions: 464x440.
Bit Depth:32
Format:PNG

The dimensions might be too big, if you're good with photos, try sizing the image down to 200px.

I think that the if the image is too big, it'll be automatically resized, but I'm not sure. You could always try uploading it and see if it works before going to the effort of resizing it.

It needs to be 100 KB or smaller. Resize it to 150 pixels wide, and I think that will get it small enough.

If you haven't resized it by now, here is a usable copy. It is 300 by 300, which will resize easily and is only 79kb. It is JPEG format.
PNG are high quality images, but they take up more space than JPEGs. JPEGs can be high quality with a smaller file size but most people end up compressing them and losing the quality.
