Boss encounters you had trouble with.

So what are some of the tougher bosses you had to face. This generation has been kinda easy when it comes to bosses (On the Nintendo side of things anyways) But there were still a few that gave me trouble. So I'd like to hear what bosses you've had trouble with.
For this gen on the Wii I'd have to say some of the hardest bosses I've had to fight came from LKS
The first one being King shiskebaboo, who is just absolutely cheap. No matter what your troops are gonna take damage and by the end of the battle most of my army was destroyed. Thankfully they all washed ashore but he's one boss I hate fighting.
The second would be TV Dinnah but for one really terrible reason... I'm not so good with Geography and had to pull up a map just to figure out where the heck all these places were located.
I gotta say though it's a very good use of tangential learning and I'd like to see something like that in other games, it was quite unique.
Another boss I found to be quite annoying was Pizza bat Jr. from No More Heroes 2 on bitter difficulty. I'm not gonna lie this guy took me forever to beat and by the time I had beaten him on my final successful try I must have been there for at least 2 hours. and that was a whole month worth of trying to beat that Teleport spamming butthole.
I'll try to think of more but those are the ones that come to mind at the moment so share your stories I'd like to hear them.

La Saia in Dark Cloud. (You know, without being cheap and spamming Fire Gems).
Ash in Pokemon Silver/Gold. (Took me a friggin' week, but hey, I was 9 or something).
Seymour Flux in FFX (DURR. Like anyone has beaten him on their first try).
Zoran Lazer in Uncharted 2 (I effing hate shotguns in games that aren't called Resident Evil).
Bio Mecha in Wonder Boy IV (Took a while).
Ultima in FFXII (Only Esper I still haven't gotten yet. Even Zodiark was easier).
Pretty much every boss in Dragon Quest XIII: Journey of the Cursed King.
Raidou and Shiden Tag Match #20 in DoA: Dimensions (Nuff said)
The aneurysm stages in Trauma Centre games. Seriously.
Metroid Prime Core in Metroid Prime. (Took me forever to figure out I needed to switch visors)
Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON

Games that refuse to use Gameplay effectively to do anything are like films that refuse to use cinematography in film to do anything.

The final boss of Secret of Mana - We died to often on the way there and now I can only play it by myself. I have to take some time out of my dad sometime and just level magic like an idiot -.-
Nightmare?/Last boss of Link's Awakening DX (not on 3DS) - Took me forever to figure out how to kill that guy
Sonic and the Secret Rings - The last boss was very annoying.
Final Fantasy 4 - I don't remember what, but somewhere I got stuck and had to level, which I do not like.
Last boss of tLoZ Oracle of Seasons - He was just, annoying.
Dustflier in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days - By the time I faced him I was pretty high leveled, but it still took ages to beat him. Worst side-boss eva... (I haven't play KH 2 so don't come and say Sephiroth is more annoying/hard as I have not played the game. Makes me wanna cringe inside as I'm a huge KH fan but haven't played the 2 main games... *Feels ashamed but doesn't wanna tell anyone*)
Last boss of Rayman 2
That's all I can think of at the moment...

The final boss of Mario and Luigi partners in time was a difficult boss. But that's because it's the stereotypical RPG final boss.
The near-end Pikimin bosses were pretty intense.
When I first played Windwaker, Ganon was pretty difficult. But that's because I didn't know I could deflect the light arrows.
The Yellow Devil, from Megaman.
That's not Ash, it's Red. Red is the game character, the character who Ash is based off of.Ash in Pokemon Silver/Gold.

Well I was still small back then and didn't know what half the items did. That was the biggest bullet hell wannabe ever.
Onox? That guy was easy... just don't do a 3 heart run.
If I ever had access to the game again I'm sure I'd be able to beat it now
Another boss encounter:
Dustflier in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days - By the time I faced him I was pretty high leveled, but it still took ages to beat him. Worst side-boss eva... Is dustflier the one summoned by Pete in NeverLand? Because I agree if that's himWell I was still small back then and didn't know what half the items did.

I specifically said "side-boss" the one in Neverland is annoying if you're on proud mode and have the wrong keyblade. Is dustflier the one summoned by Pete in NeverLand? Because I agree if that's him
The boss I meant is in the last mission in Twilight Town where you have to defeat 6 bosses, there's also an extra one if you go up the where the clock is. (Just the area there forgot the name)
If you've killed all bosses and enter/re-enter that area (to be more specific, where you fight the heartless that has 2 sword-thingies) a small cutscene will be played and you'll be able to find a very annoying boss...

wait, you mean dragon quest VIII, right?Pretty much every boss in Dragon Quest XIII: Journey of the Cursed King.
You found them hard? I thought they were pretty easy (except on tyrant mode :'( ), and TV Dinnah was annoying.... I thought the last boss (or bosses, cuz there's like four of them XD ) was really hard thoughFor this gen on the Wii I'd have to say some of the hardest bosses I've had to fight came from LKS

Pretty much all the bosses on Monster Hunter Tri (Yeah, I'm really crap at that game...)
uhhh... I can't think of any others...

Get the ice arrows before you fight him. To get them you have to beat the temple in the dessert and then beat the Gerudo Training Ground.I'm currently stuck with one of the bosses on Ocarina of Time. I think he's called Bongo Bongo. The annoying thing is that unlike in other dungeons, it takes a while to get back to the boss room in the Shadow Temple. To be honest, I've been stuck for a while with most of the bosses in that game so far.
Trust me, it's worth it. (Couldn't beat him without it on my 3Heart run of Master Quest...)

Yeah, my first tries were terrible but TV Dinnah doesn't cause much trouble for me now since I've memorized the map. King shiskebaboo still causes me trouble because I've always been terrible at pinball esque games, especially when you have to aim at something. The final boss in LKS was actually pretty challenging too until I went at him with a full force of just warriors the spirit warrior the doctor and one farmer. After I used that party they were cake.

Thanks for the advice! I visited the desert area, but I didn't complete it. I'll give it another try next time I play Ocarina of Time.
