Is this possible? Game pad is touch screen, Tele is top screen, easy enough eh?

Is it possible right now? No. There's no place to put a 3DS cartridge.
Also, why on earth would you want to play a 3DS game waaaay out of its native format? Most games already look somewhat pixelly on the screen as-is without the image being expanded a few hundred times over.
Also locking for reasons brought to my attention by Sorcerer12.
