why do gamers believe the bad things about the wii u but anything good about the wii u is written it got to be false

I think there's a lot of gamers who look at the specs and only the specs- and then just think that there's no way the Wii U can do anything that good b/c it's "under powered." Some of these people don't know what they are talking about- others might be wanting an experience that only the very high powered PCs can offer.

I dunno, I assum it's because Nintendo doesn't pander to the insecure idiot demographic that is plaguing gaming right now. And As 3Dude mentioned, basically journalists BELIEVE Nintendo is flopping left and right so they keep reporting such despite logic and facts proving otherwise. Gaming journalism SUCKS.

If someone really wants to find information about a product, he will find it 
I read a lot of articles which said just "Wii U sucks", though my first gaming console is Wii U. My first portable console was a 3DS, which I bought earlier this summer. There is good information about Nintendo's product, but unfortunately you have to search for it. I can put all the power I want in my PC and play games on it with high graphics and so on, and I still do this, but I feel quite happy when I play games on the console. It is another feeling And in my opinion, games on xbox and ps feel too much like PC...

It's not. It's something like this:
Wii U - 720p sub-HD @ 60fps
Xbox One - 720p HD @ 60fps
PS4 - 1080p HD @ 60fps (with multiple fps issues)
