I tend to want all systems simply because I enjoy Microsofts gears, halo series, Sonys has a ton of exclusives and Nintendo has it's exclusive. Serious it's all bout them exclusives.

wii-U near launch.
PS4- once sony comes up with the good exclusives, not buying in at launch just to end up waiting for the games agian like i did with wiiU.
X1, after a large price drop and if they can get more than halo to convince me to buy.

Got my Wii U a couple days after launch. Don't really plan on getting a PS4 or Xbox One...

Might get a PS4 at some point but WiiU & PC will be fine when I move the PS360 on.

I'm definitely getting a PS4, although it won't be at launch. If that million sells in the first day isn't a sign, it was very easy getting put on a back order, and both consoles haven't even launch here yet. I've already got a ton of games lined up for it (including downloadable stuff, so don't sound too surprised).
I will consider the X1 after it price drops. I really want it for Killer Instinct. You can never have enough fightan gaemz.

I plan to get the Wii U someday. Most likely after Mario Kart 8 releases, because I have no interest in any title coming out before then.
I also plan on getting a PS4, but that may be way off in the future.
I have no interest in the Xbox One.

I got a Wii U at launch.
I have preordered a PS4 and will get it at launch on the 29th here in the UK.
I have also preordered an Xbox One and will get that launch this Friday.

I got a Wii U with the Wind Waker Bundle
I may get a PS4 either next year birthday, next year Christmas (I will not be able to justify one after getting a Wii U)

I already have a Wii U, I'll pick up a PS4 when there's some more first party stuff out, and I'm not getting an XBO. Unless there was Banjo 3, I'd buy an XBO in a second if there was a true Banjo Threeie. (AKA no Kinect at all, an actual platformer, no gimmicks,etc.).
