Hello

 

I had bought the Mario add on of Luigi when it came out earlier in the year.  My little girl formatted the wii u yesterday for some reason.  What I need to know is how I can redownload the Luigi addon.

 

Any Ideas how to do this.

Can't you just go back in the eshop?

If you're on the same Wii U, you can just re-download it from the eShop.

If she reformatted it, but did NOT delete the Nintendo ID, then you should be able to re-login with the account used to purchase the game and re download it from that account. If she deleted the ID (you would've gotten an email saying so), you will have to call Nintendo to get it sorted out.

Sign in with your ID, check the eShop, if it's not in your downloads/activity, then write down the serial number from either your box or bottom/back of the wii u and call Nintendo, then tell them you will endeavor to set up parental controls so this will never happen again, and thank them.
