I'm just curious what official powers this forum has in regards to Nintendo USA, Nintendo Japan? Do they listen to issues on this forum? Secondly, do they ever act on them?

To the best of my knowledge there is zero affiliation. But it doesn't rule out the possibility that a member works for Nintendo.

No ties. A few people here have worked in the games industry, or know people that do, but there aren't any Nintendo employees here (that we know of).

There was that one dev making a helicopter game. Don't remember the name, though. Seemed like pretty cool dudes.
