An Idea for a PC game series

These two games would have to be releases at the same time. And the way it would work is the FPS would work in teams of six. And a seventh player, which would be from the RTS game, would be their commander. So the commander will give commands and the six shooter players - who each has some NP units that will follow their example - can choose to follow those commands or not. So, if you tell your men to go on a suicide mission they might end up doing something else.
I think this could really shake up the RTS genre. What do you guys think?
Edit: It's possible that this could just be the same game, but you have an option to play as a soldier or commander.

Commander gets a "Kill Rogue" action for anyone being deviant to any strategy plan. Commander cannot use this if they do follow the plan.
Massive rewards if other soldiers engage in hunting down the rogue. Successfully going rogue means the best rewards, but the Commander doesn't necessarily need human soldiers to eliminate rogues.
Basically, if you want to go rogue, do it right, not on a whim.

have both in the same game, also give the commando some ai controled units, so the players act more like hero units than normal units. also make it so the hero units wouldnt normaly be able to stand up to a hord of normal units
also would be a good idea to make the hero players upgradeable.

I didn't know Battlefield 4 was like that.
A player can choose to play as a team's Commander. The basically hold an overview of the playing field, mark objectives and enemies, get score.
It's practically backseat though, and you'd only try that if you want to get ALL THE THINGS!

I haven't played it personally but a while ago when this game was at it's peak I saw a friend playing it and thought it was interesting but at the time I had no computer to play it so I watched a little bit of gameplay it looks pretty fun but it seems kind of like League in the way that if you get a team of just complete idiots it will be a frustrating match

so its similar to battlefield 4 commander mode , you can use the same idea but improve it and add whats missing in battlefield commander mode.
