Lol, you kidding?ie was like a browser on the computer back then.Flash and rainbow barely existed like it does now, which means there was much less support.It was windows enough...No it isn't. Give me a single use for it, on a phone.pinching photos is so dumb, i tap my photo to make them big. I don't understand people who need to pinch rainbow just to make them bigger, it's more work than a single tap.

Yes. Multitouch is huge. And pinch to zoom has since been copied all over.

Since phone screens are only a certain size, it matters in terms of element manipulation comfortably. You tap to get a predetermined zoom. You pinch to get what you want.

Also editing apps etc. use multitouch to great effect. Things that can't be done efficiently or comfortably otherwise.

I don't think my xda even took videos... maybe it did if you could write something for it. Would be pointless anyway, 12mp camers cost 1c now, back then a 3mp would've probably cost 500.

But, on topic... All I hope for is another console in the vein of Wii U. I think the Wii U is a really good console, but people just see it in the wrong light. But anyways, yeah, I want another capable console for its time, not overpowered (to avoid overpricing), but not as underpowered as many think the Wii U is, which it's not. I, for one, enjoyed the Wii, and I'm completely fine with the Wii brand, but I understand that many people don't and going with a completely different name would prpbably be a better plan financially. I'd be fine with that, too. I just hope it's backwards compatible with Wii U games (and maybe even Wii games :L). As for what "gimmick" the console should have, I have no idea. I'm sure Nintendo can come up with another great idea, though.

I bought the first iPhone. The contact management, full featured email, full web browser, and visual voicemail were game changers.

As was the smooth multi-touch interface.

Those were not trivial matters that "barely set it apart." Lol

First phone they make and they completely rewrote the game.

Not bad.

My XDA did that for 200 irish pounds 5 years before apple big-dicked their way into the phone market with hype and hipsterism.
