Ugh, "uploader has made this video not available in your country" great!
So is the english dub being done by funimation? I watched it subbed a while ago and thought it was incredible but since I watched the series with a funi dub it'll probably be even better with that familiarity.

Yes, from little was shown in the trailer it's definitely a FUNimation dub. That Goku voice is unmistakably Sean Shemmel's.
