How would you compare this to Project Spark?
No comparison. It's Mario Maker. Mario is King. Haven't you heard?

I hate to be "that guy", but...
How would you compare this to Project Spark?
Project spark is an entirely different level creator
This is pretty much a rom hack for Mario
Whereas Project Spark is... a game creator? Basically there on 2 completely different levels and shouldn't be compared :s
Well, I've finally found my Starfox, and I love it.

The new Mario vs Donkey Kong has a very nice level creator too

It does look cool but I don't have the time to devote to making levels. If there is a way to share and download other people's levels them I will be interested in getting this.

A lot of crazy things you can do here. I still hope that it catches on, and they make more out of it, cause with 8-bit physics there won't be anything from newer games, if there is even anything else yet to show. Least, it wouldn't make much sense.

Mario Maker will have a dedicated way to share your course creations with the rest of the Mario Maker userbase says producer Takashi Tezuka in the latest issue of EDGE magazine. According to Tezuka, Nintendo is implementing a system to share courses online, similar to what was done with Pushmo World when it released on Wii U earlier this year.
