there is no other websites that do that, we like it or not. And all other news articles talking about sales, always use that too.

NPD also gives estimates, Ryudo. The only difference is that they have a bigger sample than vgchartz.com
To be honest, those Wii U numbers can`t be right this week.
Reggie said that Wii U increased 4x in the week after Mk 8 came out. So, assuming that it just sold 20K - which might be closer to 30K - it would mean the week ending June 7th, Wii U would have sold something like 80K in the States alone.
Vgchartz has it at 30K.
So, this time, vgchartz estimates are way off.

They were off about MK8. They were off about Trails in the Sky selling 200k where Tom at Xseed laughed and told me not even close to those numbersVGchartz is always off.

They might off sometimes, and way off a few times more, but they do tend to be mostly on track.
Regarding Wii U in the States they really have been pretty good in their estimations.

That was probably the first time their Wii U figures aren`t on par with NPD.
