So I'm just wondering how this works exactly.

 

On my Wii U user mii last night I put sunglasses on my mii and on my 3DS  I edited my mii's favorite color. I use my 3DS a bit today and when I get home I notice that the sunglasses are gone from my Wii U user mii and the favorite color change I did on my 3DS user mii is now on my Wii U user mii.

 

I didn't realize that one effects the other as it appears and I assume it's simply my NNID aligning the Miis on both systems.

 

What I want to know is does the 3DS edit take priority all the time in this situation or does it depend on which one is edited last? Or is it something else?  And also at what point does the alignment take place after one is edited?

I think it has to do with you changing the favourite colour idk...

So either way you think it only happens when you change your fav color on one of them?

Yeah, I can confirm now that it goes with the color edit of the last one you changed.

(If anyone cares) I can also confirm now that it isn't just the color edit that aligns the Miis on both systems. I added sunglasses on my Wii U user Mii and like 3 days later it appeared on my 3DS user Mii. Not really sure when or what triggers the Miis to align as every time I play my Wii U or 3DS they are connected to the internet.
