So um, this has to do with Nintendo's show as I caught an episode of Pokemon black and white in the morning and decided to watch it. Even though Ash's Pikachu must be level 100 by now it still loses to starter level Pokemon. Seriously why does Team rocket want that crappy thing?

For one he has to have pushed the boundary of one hundred (hes like an acsended pokemon O.o)

And it seems his ability tanks when he goes into a diffferent region, so the only explanation for this is that some mysterious magical force bordering every region cuts pikachu's level down to like 5.
