If it's still under warranty then just exchange it but not before you back up all your saves and data.

USB stick or external HDD. Wii data use the SD card.  Just know before using a external HDD or USB stick it must be blank otherwise anything on it will be erased in order to use on Wii U. Xbox 360 is the same way.

I have no idea how to solve the issue sadly. I do not know if this would work but you can try. Before you try this BACK UP EVERYTHING! You can try to factory reset it. Again it's an idea but don't know it will work and you must back up.

Not saying this will fix it saying it might work or it might not.

Ok thanx i'll see this !

Before factory reset it, did I need to delete my Nintendo account ? I'll maybe must do another account if I doesn't delete it before ?

Ok, I don't think i'll try this right now, I prefer to wait to have my computer back and other things. But if you guys have any advice, do not hesitate !

Any other idea ? Please. !

I'm not sure how you'll be able to fix this issue, but don't do a factory reset on your Wii U. All the save data that would be backed up on a hard drive wouldn't work with the factory reset Wii U. When you plug a hard drive into it, it's optimized to only work for that Wii U. If you do a factory reset, I'm pretty sure the system will forget the optimization, and all the save data/games you've downloaded won't be able to be transferred back onto the Wii U. Deleting your Nintendo account also deletes all your eShop purchases and Miiverse profile, so unless you haven't bought anything I wouldn't advise doing that either.

Holy crap dude. Puts my burned out ps3 into perspective.

With luck, a firmware update may fix it.
