The Vita has life. I owned one when it first came out and games and game selection was horrible. Now it's better.

I'm not going to make potshots at you, though, and about the 2DS/3DS. Why make them at me? Oh well though.

What happens when you get through your current backlog of Vita games that you missed while in Nintendoland?

 

 

And honestly? I really think that at this point it would've been cheaper just to have bought all of the consoles ONCE instead of constantly selling and buying. That's really just short-term thinking logic, as I'm certain that the amount of money you lost on each deal since you started your game of musical chairs is enough to have been able to afford owning the Wii U, 3DS, Vita, and possibly even a PS4 or Xbone by now. At the same time.

I mean, it's not like there's only 1 dominant OS/Marketplace on PC. Surely it's not like Steam and Windows consist of 90%+ Of the market....

Actually, I was thinking of not going back to Nintendo again this generation. My brother in law has a Wii U and 2DS I can play if I start to miss them. I just got really bored and missed Sony. I wanted a PS4 but couldn't afford enough games with it to make it worthwhile.

Thumbing through your thread history, I think I can kind of see where you were coming from. I know for me I've mismanaged my money a bit and sold most of my stuff, and now the only things I have with any value are my Wii U  (and vast digital collection) and Laptop (with larger digital game collection - but much easier to transfer to another PC). And a car.

 

Honestly the only advice I can give you is to work on committing to your decisions.

I think I'll commit to Sony. I'm not sure why on my old medicine when I wasn't feeling well, I liked Nintendo, when I used to long ago like Sony. Doesn't make sense at all. None of it does.

Don't get me wrong, I like Nintendo. But many games of theirs I still don't like. Usually.

Generally speaking, I play my consoles in extreme moderation so I avoid situations like this.

 

My brother has lost thousands of dollars doing the exact same thing. He's owned and sold an Xbox 360 at least 4 times.

Wouldn't it be more worthwhile trading the 2ds for a 3ds or Vita and keeping Wii U? Just saying.

Speaking of the vita, I picked up All Stars Battle Royale for $4.99 a week or so ago and Freedom Wars for $14.99 .

Get Dragon's Crown and Ys Memories of Celceta. Best games on the system. If anyone says otherwise they are wrong. No it's a science fact those are the best games Vita has.

 

If you want a Monster Hunter like game there is Ragnorok Odessey. Want something like the Souls games there is Soul Sacrifice.

TouiKoden Age of Demons is Monster Hunter ish as well just gritty and demons.

I think i will eventually get a PS4 and a Vita.  Probably Ps4 first- b/c I want to be able to play games on my Experia phone.  I'll get the new 3ds before I get the Vita tho.

I've been also tossing around the idea of getting a vita, not for the games, but just so I can play off tv, like on my bed or something. But like Doodle said, I'll most likely get The New 3DS before I get a Vita
