Well this is something that I wasn't expecting to wake up to... Very unfortunate news.

Most of all I hope whoever steps up holds the same values as he did. Part of what makes me love Nintendo so much is that they make great, fun, family friendly games. Even the more intense games like Metroid, they're not overly violent and filled with swearing. I just hope Nintendo doesn't lose Iwata and his values in one fell swoop.
Dang it, I'm legit crying. ;_;

R.I.P. Saturo Iwata.
Certainly an unexpected and premature passing, and of someone who will be missed. Someone who proved to lead in Nintendo to what he believed to be right or honorable, even at the cost of finance loss. He denied innovations to prolong In an attempt to encourage been a honorable and respectful company to his/their consumers, often at the cost of public ridicule. A man who did what he believed was right and honorable.

I don't even know how to respond to this. Who's going to be Nintendo's president? Did they have someone get ready in case this happens? This is just all so sudden. May he rest in peace, and my condolences to everyone who knew him personally.
I don't think anyone expected it. They would have had someone ready if he knew it could happen.
May he rest in peace. We will all miss him.

It's still hard to believe that he is gone. I thought he was better - even if showing some signs of illness.
May he rest in peace forever.
My condolences to all those close to him and specially his family.

I loved Iwata and I will miss seeing him announce Nintendo greatness. Directs and E3 will never be the same.
